DIESEL FUEL DELIVERY/STORAGE

Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Diesel and Jet Fuel Delivery and Tank Rental at Happy Valley Camp, Alaska. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date until 03/22/2024 1500PST and change the evaluation criteria from Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to Trade Off (Technical Qualification/Experience, Past Performance, and Price). No additional questions may be accepted.

Please include information regarding technical qualifications and experience for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work, listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and at least two or more professional references with contacts. The quote must include the total costs (costs of red dye diesel and jet fuel, delivery, and tank rental. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0082. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Small business set-aside.

NAICS: 324110, Petroleum Refineries, associated size standard 1,500 employees. FOB destination requested. USGS is tax-exempt. Please submit the following documents:
