Ethernet Radios, Brand Name or Equal to 4RF Aprisa SRi 902-928 MHz radios; and Brand Name or Equal to 4RF Aprisa SR+ 928-960 MHz radios REQUEST FOR QUOTE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06, effective December 4, 2023. Provisions FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-3 and clauses FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5 apply to this requisition and are included herein (attached, 42 pages).

This acquisition is an unrestricted opportunity, evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (August 1999) is incorporated by reference.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS Earthquake Science Center (ESC) in Seattle, WA requires a quantity of 16 ethernet radios, half duplex, brand name or equal to 4RF Aprisa SRi 902-928 MHz radios; and a quantity of 8 ethernet radios, full duplex brand name or equal to 4RF Aprisa SR+ 928-960 MHz radios in accordance with technical specifications; must also comply with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Accessibility Requirements Statement per Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act in accordance (specifications document and salient characteristics, Section 508, provisions, and clauses attached, 42 pages).

For brand name or equal buys, all vendors must provide manufacturer, part numbers, and extended specifications of the exact model being proposed for all line items. No exceptions. Failure to provide this information will result in a 'nonresponsive' quote and removal from award consideration. All interested parties must be registered and have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM, at www.SAM.gov) at the time of submitting a quote to be considered for an award of a federal contract.

Please submit a firm, fixed price quote and a technical description of the product(s)/service(s) being offered in sufficient detail, including product literature, references, and any other documents necessary to evaluate compliance with the requirements of the solicitation in accordance with the specifications document and salient characteristics attached.
