AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to add the question and answer document and to extend the due date to February 5, 2024, 1200 hours Eastern. 360 DEGREE BOREHOLE DIGITAL CAMERA DESIGNED FOR 4 CONDUCTOR WIRELINE REQUEST FOR QUOTE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06, effective December 4, 2023. Provisions FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-3 and clauses FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5 apply to this requisition and are included herein (attached, 46 pages).

This acquisition is a small business opportunity, evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA); subject to the availability of funds. All interested parties must be registered and have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM, at www.SAM.gov) at the time of submitting a quote to be considered for an award of a federal contract.

All requested information and documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than February 1, 2024 at 1200 hours Eastern. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered.
