This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for decommissioning, cleanup, and restoration of a laboratory in Hawaii, USA in accordance with Attachment 1 Performance-based Work Statement and Attachment 2 Department of Labor (DOL) Davis-Bacon (Construction) Act (DBA) and Services Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations (WD). The solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ).

The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition. Evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition with required documentation and evaluation factor in accordance with Attachment 3 Basis for Award by Comparative Evaluation. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside; NAICS code is 562910 Remediation Services-Environmental Remediation Services, which has small business size standard of 1000 employees.
