Delivery and Installation of 8 Office Cubicles

The U.S. Geological Survey Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC) has a requirement for the delivery and installation of Eight (8) Cubicle Office Spaces located at Gainesville, Florida. All work must be completed within 30 days from the date the contractor receives the purchase order. There are no option periods. Competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) 140G0125Q0094 will be issued on or about 03/14/2025 with written quotes due on or about 04/08/2025.

An organized site visit will be held, the details for which, including point of contact, can be found in provision GS2110 Appointments for Site Visits (JUL 2001) in Section E of the RFQ. All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. The NAICS code is 337214 Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing. The size standard is 1000 employees. The anticipated award date of the contract is 04/10/2025. A vendor must be registered at https://beta.sam.gov/ to be awarded the purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations shall be submitted to Daniel Galvin at dgalvin@usgs.gov.
