PROJECT BLUE for 16 reports

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to The Project Blue Group Limited, to purchase subscription for sixteen different reports that are necessary for the National Minerals Commodity Specialists in the Mineral Commodities section of the national Minerals Information Center in Reston, Virginia.

This document sets forth the justification and approval as required by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) ¿Only One Source Reasonably Available¿. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 01/09/2024 shall be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The anticipated award date of the contract is 01/20/2024. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed--price. A vendor must be registered at http://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract.
