ENTRANCE DOOR REPLACEMENT

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC) in Gainesville, Florida has a requirement to replace the entrance doors in the main building at the facility. The project shall be completed within 90 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0150 will be issued on or about 4/25/2024 with written quotes due on or about 5/17/2024. A site visit will be held.

A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given. The contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 238150. The size standard is $19.0 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 6/3/2024. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract.
