BPA for HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair S

The USGS St. Petersburg Coastal Marine Center has a requirement for a new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for quarterly preventative maintenance and repairs or replacement, as needed, for the lab fume hood exhaust systems.

Amendment 0001 has been issued to provide questions and answers and to also provide an attachment to show where all 10 fans are located. The closing date has not been extended.

Amendment 0002 has been issued for a site visit on 04/16/2024 at 10:00 am eastern time. Please refer to amendment 0002 for dates and times. Clauses GS2110 Appointments for Site Visits (JUL 2001) and FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit (APR 1984) have been added to the solicitation. The closing date has not been extended.

Amendment 0003 has been issued to provide another site visit for Thursday April 25, 2024, at 10:00 am eastern time. Clause GS2110 Appointment for Site Visits (JUL 2001) has been updated. Questions and answers have been provided please reference B09 Attachment 4 Questions and Answers document. Copy of previous service records are attached please reference B09 Attachment 5 Service Records for Fans Amendment 3. The closing date has been extended from 04/23/2024 at 10:00 am mountain time to 05/02/2024 10:00 am mountain time.

Amendment 0004 has been issued to add the following attachments to amendment 0004 that was accidentally overlooked and not attached to amendment 0003; B09 Attachment 4 Questions and Answers Document Amendment 0004, and B09 Attachment 5 Service Records for Fans Amendment 0004.

Amendment 0005 has been issued to provide another site visit for Thursday May 9, 2024, at 10:00 am eastern time. The closing date has been extended from 05/02/2024 at 10:00 am mountain time to 05/14/2024 10:00 am mountain time. Period of Performance is Delivery is for five years. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0101 will be issued on or about 04/09/2024 with written quotes due on or about 04/23/2024 at 10:00 am mountain time. This acquisition award date of the contract is 04/29/2024. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the purchase order.
