UPDATED DESCRIPTION AMENDMENT 0003 LABORATORY CLEANUP AND HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL (MISSISSIPPI) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT The U.S. Geological Survey-HIF has a requirement for LABORATORY CLEANUP AND HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT for the Hydrological Instrumentation Facility, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. Period of Performance is N/A. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0222 will be issued on or about 7/20/2023 with written quotes due on or about 08/04/2023 at 08:00 AM ED.

Amendment 0001 to Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0222 will be issued on or about 8/01/2023.

Amendment 0001 extends the due date of quotes from 08/04/2023 at 08:00 AM ED to 08/14/2023 at 08:00 AM EDT, changes NAICS 562910 size standard to 1,000 employees, and adds a second site visit. Please see Amendment 0001 for all updates.

Amendment 0002 to Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0123Q0222 will be issued on or about 8/23/2023.

Amendment 0002 extends the due date of quotes from 08/14/2023 at 08:00 AM ED to 09/12/2023 at 08:00 AM EDT, provides a questions and answer document, provides a map and Asbestos Floor Plan, and adds a third site visit. Please see Amendment 0002 for all updates.

A third site visit was scheduled for 09/06/2023 at 10:00 AM CD at the USGS Building 2101 located at Stennis Space Center, MS.
