AWARD NOTICE – SOLE SOURCE UNDER URGENCY This is a Notice of Award for a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. The U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, has awarded a firm fixed?price sole source contract under FAR 6.302?2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The award was made to WEST COAST DIRT WORKS LLC, 1040 Matley Ln., STE A, Reno, NV 89502, for urgent well system extraction, inspection, and repair services required to restore water production at the National Fish Hatchery in Gardnerville, Nevada. This requirement is commercial in nature and below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This announcement is being posted in accordance with applicable FAR post?award notice requirements. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation.
