Quivira NWR Rattlesnake Bridge Rehabilitation Project This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, has a requirement for the restoration and rehabilitation of Rattlesnake Bridge located at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge in Stafford, KS. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.

This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on a best value trade-off evaluation. The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about February 6, 2024. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation.

The NAICS code is 237310 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $45.0 million. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 120 days.
