SB2 Gravel for Ethel Access Roads, Arkansas County

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for approximately 16,500 tons of SB2 Gravel. This will be a firm fixed price contract.

The period of performance will be 09/17/2024-12/27/24. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 140F0S24Q0043. Deliveries will be FBO 41421 Tip Lane, DeWitt, AR 72042 at the locations specified in the Map in the Statement of Work . This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04. This requirement is set aside for small business.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 212319, Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying with a business size standard of 550 employees. In order to have a quote considered, all bidders must be registered in the System Award Management website (https://www.sam.gov) The Government intends to award one firm fixed priced contract as a result of this combined synopsis solicitation.

Questions regarding this Solicitation must be submitted in writing, no later than Wednesday,August 19, 2024 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
