Notice of intent to Sole Source -Pac Gas&Electric

Notice of Intent for Sole Souerce Award: The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company to provide power to San Luis NWRC. Pacific Gas and Electric Company has been determined to be the only firm that is a State of CA approved entity to provide power to the needed area. If you disagree with this sole source, you may submit your argument and a statement of capability to provide power for this requirement for consideration.
