Bulk Fuel Delivery BPA Willamette Valley National

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Willamette Valley National Refuge, Corvallis, Oregon has a requirement for Non- Ethanol, Regular E-10, Dyed and Clear Diesel. This will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The period of performance will five years. The maximum five year dollar amount is $500,000.00. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 140F0S24Q0010.

Deliveries will be FBO Willamette Valley National Refuge Corvallis, Oregon at the locations specified in the Statement of Work (Attachment 2). This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01. This requirement is set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 324110, Petroleum Refineries with a business size standard of 1,500 employees.
