Offers are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140D0426R0011 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for healthcare facility planning, evaluation, research, and advisory services.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under the Buy Indian Act per Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation 326.6.
