Stainless steel sander-spreader. Indian small business economic enterprise (ISBEE) sources are sought to provide a 14-foot stainless steel sander-spreader. Interested Native-owned small businesses must possess a satisfactory record of performance, be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and possess appropriate NAICS code.
