WALL AND DOOR RENOVATION FOR BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS, SOUTHERN PUEBLOS AGENCY THIS ACQUISITION IS SOLE-SOURCE. This presolicitation is for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Pueblos Agency Door and Wall Renovation at 1001 Indian School Road NW, Albuquerque, NM. The building is leased and only the lessor can renovation the building.

The associated NAICS code is 238350. The contractor shall remove a door and close opening and place a new door with a side window panel in another location of the office with all associated work (wall, wiring, lighting, etc.). The contractor shall remove a three different size walls to make 3 offices into 2 offices; and remove a door and replace with a wall with all associated work (wiring, lighting, IT wiring, etc.). The estimated price is less than $25,000.

A solicitation for sole source will be available on August 21, 2024. A quote is due on September 5, 2024. The estimated POP is one month from award date. Requests for the solicitation will not be accepted due to the sole source vendor.
