Description
As published on SAM.gov.
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOAA's Marine Operations Center, Acquisition, Accountability, and Analysis Branch, intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1); with Fully Cycle LLC in Ketchikan, AK for oily waste removal for the NOAA Ship Rainier.
Sole Source Justification Full Cycle LLC is the only vendor identified through market research and past oily waste removal procurements in Ketchikan, AK that are capable of fulfilling the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
