Class 100 Cleanroom Laboratory Services

Amendment 3 This amendment will do the following:

- Attach the Wage Determination that was left off in the original posting. - Give more information about the square footage breakdown of the space. (see below) - Extend the quote response date to 8/25/2026 Space Details: The BMF is a 16,000-gross square feet Class 100 Cleanroom consisting of 8,000 square feet of downflow air with an International Standards Organization (ISO) ISO 5 specification and 8,000 square feet of chase and support space in Building 81. There is also an 18,000 square feet interstitial space that is roughly ISO 7. The space is used for micro- and nano- fabrication similar to fabs in the semiconductor industry.

The PIF consists of six, roughly 23 foot x 23 foot, adjacent laboratory spaces that house state of the art microscopy and micro-analysis equipment with a cleanliness rating of roughly ISO 8. The DIF consists of three adjacent laboratory spaces: a 1,411 square foot laboratory, a 575 square foot laboratory, and a 224 square foot support room that houses auxiliary equipment for the BMF and PIF.

None of the spaces are cleanliness rated, but we treat them as ISO 8. There are several other storage areas in the building 81 interstitial and penthouse and building 1. End of Amendment 3

Amendment 2 An attachment has been added with responses to all solicitation questions received (Solicitation Q and A). End of Amendment 2

Amendment 1 Three (3) attachments have been added that offer a view of the lab layouts. Below is a description of the attachments: - The cleanroom map is a map of the cleanroom where every floor tile is 2 x 2 ft. In the cleanroom the contract does not apply to the crossed out room. The interstitial is the same foot print as the cleanroom, just one floor higher. - The PIF is a picture of what the labs will be like when they are completed (or our best guess). Each lab is 23 x 23 ft. - Also included is a picture of the DIF. End of Amendment 1
