COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Lawn Care Services for the National Weather Service office in Jackson, KY (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1333MH24Q0025. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 (MAY 2024). (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561730. The small business size standard is $9.5M.

(V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Lawn Care Services at the NWS in Jackson, KY. CLIN 0001 – Base Year Services, non-personal, to include all equipment, labor and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary to perform lawn care services and groundskeeping for the National Weather Service Office located at 1329 Airport Road, Jackson, KY 41339 in accordance with the Statement of Work. Current Wage Determinations apply.
