TO CONDUCT ANNUAL NO LOAD TEST AND PERFORM AT EACH 5TH YEAR A FULL LOAD TEST, FULL SPEED TEST OF THE SAFETY MECHANISMS, OVERSPEED GOVERNORS AND CAR AND COUNTERWEIGHT BUFFERS. RECALIBRATION AND SEALING FOR PROPER TRIPPING SPEED AND ELEVATOR CAR BALANCE WILL BE CHECKED. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK FOR SPECIFICATIONS.
