Dodge Construction Data

The United States Census Bureau has awarded a firm fixed price, sole source task order for the necessary personnel, facilities, and other items to provide the following services:

(a) an electronic monthly file of construction data (which is a custom file that incorporates data from the Dodge : Construction Analysis System and the Dodge “Project Lifecycle Database”);

(b) a subscription to electronically access current construction reports (“which are contained within the access provided to the “Dodge One” platform) issued from 09/11/2026 through 09/10/2027, and each option period, as applicable;

(c) provide project details from a sample of projects from the coverage frame and permit audit;

(d) provide on a monthly basis statistical bulletins (“Dodge Construction Potential Bulletins”); and (e) report any issues arising from the services provided. This is a sole source firm-fixed price task order in accordance with RFO FAR Part 8, GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(ii).
