Custodial Service

The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the RFQ title to read “ Table Mountain Custodial Service”  as attached.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the following:

1. SOW – Add Site Map to show bldgs. And Square footage.
2. Revise section 1.0 General,  Site visit paragraph.
3. Revise Section 3.0- correct Volume 2 Experience to Volume 3 Experience
4. Bring the vendors attention to Section 3.1 Technical Contents – Volume 1:  Supplies and Products – Confirmation that the quoter will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required.  The quoter shall also confirm that the product ingredients lists and Safety Data Sheets will be provided before product use.
5.  Revise Section 3.3 Experience
6. Add Insurance requirement clause CAR 1352.228-70 and FAR 52.228-5
7. Add Answers to Questions submitted.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The NAICS code is [561720 -Janitorial] and the small business size standard is: $22 Mil All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract.
