Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a Sole Source procurement , Not an RFQ. The intent of this notice is to inform the vendor community is the proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, interested parties may identify their capability to respond to the requirement no later than Friday, April 25, 2025, at 2:00pm EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretions of the Contracting Officer. The Government intends to award a sole contract to ATIS based on FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The purpose of this procurement is to purchase ATIS Affiliate Memberships for NTIA.
