Request for Information: NOAA IRO Research Security Program

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Solicitations are not available at this time and requests for solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the U.S. Government and respondents will not be entitled to payment of direct or indirect costs incurred in response. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking sources capable of performing tasks for the NOAA IRO Research Security Program.

This RFI contains a list of questions that solicit feedback from industry specific areas of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other related items. The Government may use the information obtained from this notice to gain insight into industry capabilities and market information. The PWS provides additional context to the capability areas in this RFI.

Responses are due by July 14, 2025 at 12:00pm EST. Please provide a response to our Request for Information by completing the link titled "Request for Information: NOAA IRO Research Security Program," attached below. A PDF of the Google Form is attached for reference only, so that respondents may review all questions at once and prepare responses prior to completing the Google Form. Respondents are still requested to submit a response via the Google Form link.
