Fishery Observer & Electronic Monitoring Support Services: Alaska Marine Mammal Observer Program

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Fishery Observer & Electronic Monitoring Support Services in support of the NOAA Fisheries, Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC), Fisheries Monitoring and Analysis (FMA) Division, Alaska Marine Mammal Observer Program (AMMOP).

This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541990 and a small business size standard of $19.5 Million.

The primary place of performance for this requirement is Juneau, Alaska, USA, and the anticipated base Period of Performance is from June 30, 2024 - October 17, 2024, with optional Periods of Performance that may extend the total Period of Performance through December 28, 2026. All responsible Small Business concerns meeting the requirements of the soliciation may submit a quotation by the due date and time included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations and the prices submitted.
