Tower Maintenance IDIQ Radar Operations Center

The Government is seeking a 5 year-IDIQ for the following:

Support services for NWS NEXRAD WSR-88D Radar Tower Maintenance in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the SF1449, attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), and applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination(s). Task Orders issued under this contract may include any of the following contract line items (CLIN): CLIN 0001 Tower Inspection and Engineering Evaluations for the NWS NEXRAD WSR-88D Radar Towers.

CLIN 0002 Structural repair, replacement and restoration of galvanic coating for the NWS NEXRAD WSR-88D Radar Towers. CLIN 0003 Engineering data and engineering change proposal coating for the NWS NEXRAD WSR-88D Radar Towers. Vendors are responsible for providing all required information and documentation listed in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders of attachment Sol_1305M226Q0101, including Volume I:

Price Quote, Volume II:

Technical Proposal, and Volume III: Past Performance. Evaluation information for those volumnes are provided in Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award. Failure to provide ALL required documents on time will result in submissions being deemed nonresponsive.

Amendment 1 posted 7/7/2026: only extends quote due back date until 7/29/2026; no additional attachments are included at this time. A future amendment will be issued to address the questions submitted during the inquiries period.

Amendment 2 posted 7/13/2026: includes updated RFO clauses 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror and 52.212-2 Evaluation attachments.

Amendment 3 posted 7/17/2026: includes a question and answer attachment that addresses all questions submitted during the inquiries period. Some questions have been combined if they were related or similar. Additionally, two attachments are included as they relate to questions asked and answered. No additional questions may be submitted. When submitting quotes, please acknowledge understanding of all amendments.
