NOAA: CIAO Wireless Amplifiers for the NWS National Logistics Support Center

**THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REDUCE THE QUANTITY FOR CLIN 0001 DUE TO INSUFFICIENT TIME ALLOWANCE FOR ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT FUNDING APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR QUOTES AS RECEIVED.

THE NEW SPECIFICATIONS SHALL REFLECT THE FOLLOWING:

CLIN 0001:

CIAO WIRELESS AMPLIFIERS P/N: CA24-456 QTY: FIFTY-FIVE (55) THE SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION ACCEPTANCE PERIOD BY AN ADDITIONAL THREE (3) DAYS IN ORDER TO ALLOW ALL QUOTERS TO REVIEW, REVISE AND RESUBMIT THEIR ORIGINAL SUBMISSIONS FOR BOTH SUBMISSION COMPLIANCE AND PRICING ADJUSTMENT.

IN ADDITION, ALL PREVIOUS QUOTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND RETURN THIS AMENDMENT AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE REQUIRED CHANGES. ANY PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS THAT DO NOT SUBMIT A SIGNED MODIFICATION, FORM SF-30, WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION DURING THE REVIEW PROCESS.

REVISED: To upload corrected Due Date (8/28/2025) as listed on the RFQ Solicitation Attachment. Previous version (as originally posted on 8/18/2025) reflected 8/25/2025 in error. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for SIXTY (60) CIAO Wireless Amplifiers, P/N: CA24-456, that are in accordance with the required specifications for the National Logistics Support Center in Grandview, MO.

The Governments intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the Best Value to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Brand Name Justification. The firm fixed price award will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM.

Contractors active in SAM have a unique entity identifier (UEI) that is used to do business with the federal government. The Government has a free, non-proprietary identifier that will have to be requested in, and assigned by, the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You can register and access the site by going to www.sam.gov.

Please see Instructions to Offerors and full Solicitation, including required Specifications as attached. **Contractors who do not respond to items 1 through 8 included in the "Instructions to Offerors" may be considered non-compliant with the requirements of the solicitation and no further consideration shall be given for award.
