Custom Built Oscillators

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for custom built oscillators for the Radar Operations Center in Norman, OK. First Article Testing is required. Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 334419 and is set aside 100 percent for small business. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM. On 7/26/24, the solicitation was extended until 8/6/2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. On 7/30/24, amendment 0001 was posted to provide answers to vendor questions.

The close date remains unchanged. Vendor shall provide one signed copy of the amendment as part of their response. On 8/5/2024, amendement 0002 was posted to provide answers to vendor questions, provide a revised drawing and extend the close date. Vendors shall povide one signed copy of the amendment as part of their response. On 8/8/2024, amendement 0003 was posted to provide answers to vendor questions and extend the close date. Vendors shall povide one signed copy of the amendment as part of their response.
