Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative. The requirement is for the purchase of the following services: installing the necessary infrastructure for a second, redundant commercial power feed to be ready for a future transformer installation.

Please refer to the redacted Performance Work Statement for further details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, and the business standard size is 800 employees.
