The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to ORCA Technologies. The requirement is for the purchase of the following items listed.

P/N TRU-BB2-U, Trestles Battery Upgrade, Qty 6; P/N TRE-OPT-RS1, Trestles Rail Slides, Qty 6; P/N TRE-2113, Trestles GPS System, Qty: 3; P/N TRM-A1, Trestles Universal Card, Qty: 3; P/N TRE-OPT-BB2, Trestles Battery Option, Qty: 3, P/N TRE-OPT-CH1, Chassis Option for Battery, Qty: 3; P/N TRE-OPT-RS1, Trestles Rail Slides, Qty: 3; P/N GS-ANT, GPS Antenna, Qty 3 and; P/N Shipping, Qty: 1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 ? Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 1250 employees. Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO FAR Part 13 ?
