The Naval Medical Research Command intends to award a sole source contract to Chronolog Corp, Havertown, Pennsylvania 19083. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, if interested, the government shall consider all responses.

The requirement is for a contract to provide an annual extended maintenance service agreement to include coverage of the electronic components necessary for the proper operations of the two ChronoLog instruments, annual preventative maintenance and calibration on the monitor and, if applicable, free software upgrades as developed. When needed, a loaner device of like quality, features, and performance can be provided.

Service will cover two ChronoLog 700 Whole Blood Lumino Aggregometer Instruments (SN2210032/ECN 108341) and (SN SN2210032-1/ECN 108342). Please see the attached Statement of Work for additional details.
