The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure engineering and technical services to support towing machine certification on USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) , on a Sole Source basis to Jonrie Intertech, LLC The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
