Description

As published on SAM.gov.

1. The contractor shall provide one (1) meeting room to accommodate 600 personnel. The meeting room shall be set up classroom style with chairs and tables to accommodate 600 personnel.

2. The contractor shall provide one (1) meeting room to accommodate 25 personnel. The meeting room shall be set up in a boardroom style with chairs and tables to accommodate 25 personnel.

3. The Meeting rooms shall be available daily 27 March 2024 from 0700-1800.

4. The meeting room shall have one (1) projector with VGA and HDMI connection and one (1) projection screen for all personnel to see clearly.

5. The meeting room shall have one (1) microphone and speakers for all personnel to hear clearly.
