This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. NMRC does not take third party vendors for maintenance service contracts. Qualified vendors must have knowledge of the Applied Biosystem 7500 Fast Real -Time PCR.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. All offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Items are listed as follows:
