Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date and time for submission of quotes to september 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT and to post the updated attachments (SF30, Statement of Work, Service Contract Act, Questions and Answers). 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 12RADA26Q0008  is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a short-term rental for office space to accommodate USDA Rural Development Service Center in Tunkhannock, PA.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531120  The small business size standard is $34,000,000.00  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
