Access: Repetitive (recurring) access by NRCS personnel; secure access controls; hours consistent with mission needs.

Proximity: Facility must be within a 15?mile radius of office located at 605 Yalobusha street, Greenwood, MS 38390 Safety/Security: Facility must meet standard commercial safety/security practices (e.g., lighting, security cameras, and gated access) and provide routine facilities and common areas.
