Summary: NRCS Mississippi Area 2 Office anticipates a sole-source award to 471 Brandon Storage, LLC (1ST Stop Storage) for ten (10) climate?controlled storage units, to include units suitable for vehicle trailer storage. The storage facility must be within a 5?mile radius of the temporary field office located at 345 Keyway Dr, Flowood, MS and must provide repetitive (recurring) employee access during normal business hours (and as operationally required). Use Cases: General storage plus units specifically capable of vehicle trailer storage (1-10X24X8, 3-10X20X8,2-10X15X8,1-10X25X8,2-10X20X8,1-10X10X8,).

Environment: Climate?controlled units suitable for sensitive equipment/materials.

Access: Repetitive (recurring) access by NRCS personnel; secure access controls; hours consistent with mission needs.

Proximity: Facility must be within a 5?mile radius of 345 Keyway Dr, Flowood, MS. Safety/Security: Facility must meet standard commercial safety/security practices (e.g., lighting, security cameras, and gated access) and provide routine maintenance of units and common areas.
