Amendment 0001 published on 1/16/2024

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised Performance Work Statement and Combined Synopsis Solicitation that include the government purchase card as a form of payment for this requirement. 1. The following section is revised in the combined synopsis solicitation: - Section (vi) has been updated to reflect that the price for CLIN 0004 will negotiated at each call order level 2. Section 2.4 of the PWS has been revised to reflect the use of the government purchase card as a form of payment for each call order. 3. FAR 52.232-36 Payment by Third Parties has been added to the clause list to allow for the use of the government purchase card as a form of payment for each call order.

The USDA NRCS requires title abstract and settlement services to obtain title search, title commitment, post survey updates, final title policy, and closing services for acquisitions of conservation easements on behalf of the United States of America, acting by and through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Washington.
