**Amendment 001** The purpose of this amendment is to include revised maps and drawings for the project.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTES UNDER SIMPLIED ACQUISITON PROCEDURES

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Acquisition Division in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). The Illinois NRCS seeks for work to be performed on the John Fuelbeth Trust, Tazewell County, IL. The project consists of wetland restoration per the construction plan. The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities and incidentals.

In addition, all disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched upon completion of construction. An organized site will be held at Powerton Lake Boat Ramp, E. Manito Rd. Pekin, IL 61554 on Thursday August 22 @ 9:30 am. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 25 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $45M.
