Amendment 0003

Purpose of amendment 0003 is to incorporate Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination 2024-0177, provide revised solicitation with corrected price schedule POP Dates, and, extend the quote due date to August 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM CT. See attached revised solicitation, Price Schedule (Attachment A), and SCA WD 2024-0177 (Attachment B). All solicitation and price schedule changes are noted with a red line in the margin. Contractor's shall utilized Attachment A - Revised when submitting their quotes. No other terms and conditions are changed. Contractors must acknowledge amendment when submitting their quote.

Amendment 0001

Purpose of amendment 0001 is to provide Government responses to contractor questions submitted in response to solicitation solicitation. Attached Q&R (S01 Solicitation Amend 0001 Q and R.pdf) is provided and incorporated into RFQ and subsequent awards. Quote due date and all other terms and conditions are unchanged. Contractors must acknowledge amendment when submitting their quote.

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Louisiana has a requirement to lease airboats with qualified operators for use primarily by NRCS Water Resources Staff, Watershed Construction Offices, and Field Offices to perform field reconnaissance, surveying, construction stakeout and checks, and inspection activities to support coastal restoration activities throughout areas along Louisiana Coast.

Coastal area extends from Texas border to Mississippi border and south of a line extending along Interstate 10 and Interstate 12. Special emphasis during operation of vessels shall be safety of crew and passengers. Offeror shall possess a working knowledge of Louisiana coastline, including launch and fuel sites. USDA may issue multiple BPAs in response to this solicitation. Period of performance will be for five (5) years.Louisianna has a requirement for airboat services with operator.
