USDA NRCS MN NRI Grazing Land On-Site Data Collection Services

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking National Resources Inventory (NRI) Grazing Land On-Site Data Collection Services to support the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Minnesota State Office. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order, utilizing best value methodology. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years.

This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside and the applicable NAICS code is 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a size standard of $19.5 million.

All quotes shall be submitted on SF 1449, (and any applicable amendments), signed, dated and sent via email to Ms. Ambrea Harris, the Contract Specialist, email: Ambrea.Harris@usda.gov no later than June 18, 2024, at 3:00 PM EST. All questions resulting from this solicitation are due by June 10, 2024, at 3:00 PM EST; answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. The contractor must have a current SAM.gov account and have their REPs and CERTs filled out to qualify for an award.
