USDA FSA Janitorial Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC124Q0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated solicitation provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03.

This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to issue one (1) Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) order for a one-year Base Period and a one-year Option Period, for a total duration of two (2) years. The Government will initially award and fund only the base period, estimated to commence 1 June 2024 through 31 May 2025. Line Item Number 0001; Janitorial Services for Farm Service Agency, Nashville, IL (Washington County); Quantity: Twelve (12) Months for the Base Period.

Line Item Number 1001: Janitorial Services for Farm Service Agency, Nashville, IL (Washington County); Quantity: Twelve (12) Months for Option Period One (1). Services required are specified in the solicitation document attached, Section C.

FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition and the basis for award is Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. Evaluation criteria are specified at Section M of the solicitation, attached. Additional terms and conditions are also specified in the attached solicitation.

FAR 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition and are specified in the attached solicitation. Quotes are due 19 April 2024, by 4:30 pm, EST to the attention of Nancy Deberry, Contract Specialist, (Ph: 252-339-6916).
