Trace Gas Analyzer + Multiplexer

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). This presolicitation notice is issued in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 5.101. The notice provides the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) – Research, Education, and Economics (REE), Agricultural Research Service’s (ARS) intent to award a sole-source contract pursuant to RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

USDA-REE-ARS intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to LI-COR, Inc. for LI-COR LI-7810 Trace Gas Analyzer and a LI-COR LI-8250 Multiplexer, along with required accessories including soil gas cable assemblies, T-split tubing, power cabling, and 3-year servicing.
