This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The solicitation number is 12905B25Q0037 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5691 Revision 23 for Hawaii County, HI is applicable and is attached. iv. This solicitation is issued as a Total Business Set Aside.

Description/Statement of Work/Specification: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA), Daniel K. Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center in Hilo, HI has an urgent requirement for repair/replacement of an exhaust fan in the Main Laboratory. See attached Statement of Work. vii. There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. xiv.
