(See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide revised Questions and Answers document to include question #24 to address a conflict in design conflict on drawings M-601 and M-701.

2. Proposal due date is extended to 12:00 PM PT on July 31, 2024.

AMENDMENT 0001

(See attached SF30) The purpose of this modification is to:

1. Provide Questions and Answers in response to questions submitted within question submission deadline;

2. Provide copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet;

3. Proposal due date is extended to 12:00 PM PT on July 18, 2024.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for building repairs as described in attached specifications and drawings.The Schedule of Items includes Optional Items, which are further described on Attachment 3 – Drawings (see page 1 – PROJECT SUMMARY box. Note that Alternates 1, 2, 4, 7, and 8 are not in this contract). The project is located at USDA, ARS, Columbia Plateau Conservation Research Center at 48037 Tubbs Ranch Road, Adams, OR 97810. SITE VISIT: 09:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Thursday June 13, 2024.See Section L.4 for RSVP instructions and more information.
