General Requirement: The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for construction of two buildings with concrete foundation, concrete perimeter moat, ground faced reinforced concrete masonry walls, light gage steel trusses and standing seam roof systems in Hilo, Hawaii.Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents.

Location: The site of work is at the USDA/ARS Tropical Plant Genetic Resource and Disease Research Unit in Hilo, Hawaii.
