1. Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In sheet;

2. Provide Questions and Answers for questions submitted within the question-submission due date;

3. Provide Attachment 7 - Geotechnical Report 4. Quotes are due 05/28/2024;

The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to Construct New Farm Shop Building. There is an Additive Optional Item to add an attached 1200 SF lien-to open on 3 sides, and a Deductive Optional Item for omission of 480V panelboard. The project is located at USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) at 3793 N 3600 E Kimberly, ID 83341-5076.All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document.
