COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 12905B24Q0064 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-03. This solicitation is issued as Small Business Set Aside. The associated NAICS code is 334514 the small business size standard is 850 employees.

Single control and counting unit. Capable of counting seed ranging in size from 13-25 mm and of varying shape. Accurate within at least 1%.

Electric motor 110V/60HZ Can be loaded with multiple “coin” envelopes - at least 2. Bag/envelope detection sensor. Capable of counting samples of between 50 – 1000 seeds. Shallow bowl/hopper for easy cleaning between samples Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Net 30 days after receipt of award. This requirement shall be FOB Destination.
