A custom unit built to the following specifications will be an acceptable item. -Two insulated truck toppers. -Composite sandwich core construction using R12 high density foam or material and thickness similar. -Steel rear door frame with heavy duty hinges -Bolted aluminum 2? x 2? angle shelf supports -8’ bed length, has to fit entirely within 8’ bed while also allowing rear hatch to remain on and able to close. - Height-76” -Integrated wall and roof reinforcing -White gelcoat color to reflect heat -Slide-in design fits any full size pick up truck -Safety non-skid 3/8? rubber floor mat -Two full-size rear cargo doors for easy pallet/bin loading - Roof vent See attached solicitation document for submittal instructions.
